Express Entry To Canada

Express Entry

Express Entry is an online system that IRCC uses to manage applications of skilled workers who want to become permanent residents of Canada. The three programs under Express Entry are Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), and Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). Candidates create an online profile and are placed in a pool, where they are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System based on factors like age, education, work experience, and language ability. The highest-scoring candidates are invited to apply for permanent residence through regular draws. Express Entry has three different draw types: General rounds of invitation, Program-specific rounds of invitation, and Category-based rounds of invitation.
